Admission Procedure

Special:

Mess Fee for each quarter will have to be deposited as advance money.

No money will be refunded after deducting the admission fee acknowledgment.

In case of depositing food expenses continuously for three months, the name will automatically be treated as separate.

Books and uniform will be available from the school itself on payment of money by the parents.

Necessary instructions:

Hostel Fee Rs.10000/- will be payable after six months.

No refund will be made after deducting the admission receipt (receipt).

No money will be refunded after deducting the admission fee acknowledgment.

Completed by 10th March: The student will be allowed to appear in the annual examination only after the deposit is made for class 3rd to 12th class.

Food expenses (money) can be deposited by cash, check or directly through PNB account number 40630001000000866 or by demand draft drawn in favor of Gurukul Kangri, Haridwar.

Mess Fee will be payable every year for 12 months.

The increased expenditure (expenses) etc. will be happily paid by the parents/guardians by the school in future.

Academic year:

Teaching - Session lasts from 1st April to 31st March every year.

Summer Vacation:

The term-end leave will be from 1st June till 30th June.

Admission Rules

1- It is mandatory for every student to stay in Brahmacharyashram till the period of education.

2- If the child leaves the school/ashram without permission, then the institution will not have any responsibility.

3- The name of the student can be separated from the signature of the guardian/guardian whose signature will be there on the admission application form at the time of admission.

4- If the student already has any addiction / disease and the guardian / guardian hides that fact, then his full responsibility will be of the guardian / guardian only.

5- The admission of the student will be ensured only on the basis of entrance test.

6- The jurisdiction of any debate will be Haridwar district only.

7- At the time of student admission, it is mandatory to submit the copy of the original copy of the transfer certificate (TC) and the photocopy of the necessary certificates within the specified period of admission. Otherwise the admission will automatically be treated as cancelled.

8- The medical examination of the student will be done in the school itself at the time of admission; the examination certificate of other doctor will not be valid.
